Superlogic, a company based in Miami that develops technology for experiential rewards, has raised $13.7 million in the first closing of its Series A round. Powerledger led the investment, with participation from firms such as Sangha Capital, 10SQ, Nima Capital, Actai Unicorn Fund, Hyla Liquid Venture Fund, and Liquid 2 Ventures. The funding round also included contributions from investors like Amex Ventures, Galaxy Interactive, Mirabaud Lifestyle Impact and Innovation, Recharge Capital, Dispersion Capital, and Sanctor Capital.
This latest investment brings Superlogic’s total capital raised to $21 million. In conjunction with the funding, Dr. Jemma Green, Executive Chairman of Powerledger, is set to join the company’s board of directors. She will collaborate with other board members, including Stephen Cooper, former CEO of Warner Music Group, to integrate environmental accountability within Superlogic’s loyalty programs.
The company plans to utilize the capital to scale its operations and further develop its technology. Led by CEO Lin Dai, Superlogic provides a white-label platform that enables brands to integrate exclusive experiences into their loyalty offerings. The platform includes access to entertainment, sports, dining, and cultural events to enhance customer engagement.
