Superform, a cryptocurrency wealth management platform, has raised $3 million in Series A funding to support the rollout of its new product, SuperVaults. The funding round was led by VanEck Ventures, with additional contributions from other key investors such as Polychain Capital, CMT Digital, and Amber Group. The new capital brings Superform’s total funding to $9.5 million, following an earlier $6.5 million seed round in 2022.
The main focus of Superform’s latest offering is the introduction of SuperVaults, which are designed to automate the process of yield optimization for stablecoin holders. The initial product in the SuperVaults lineup, SuperUSDC, targets users holding USDC on the Ethereum blockchain, allowing them to maximize their returns by leveraging top-tier DeFi protocols. Superform aims to simplify on-chain wealth management by providing passive yield products that do not require active user involvement.
With this latest round of funding, Superform plans to expand its product suite and enhance its platform's capabilities, particularly in cross-chain functionality. The company is also set to introduce Season 2 of its rewards program, which will provide added incentives for users who participate in SuperVaults. The company’s long-term vision includes building a comprehensive ecosystem that enables both individual and institutional users to optimize their crypto assets securely and efficiently.
