Morph, a fully permissionless Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) layer-2 protocol, has raised $19 million in a seed funding round. DragonFly Capital led the round, which also included Pantera Capital, The Spartan Group, MEXC Ventures, Foresight Ventures, MH Ventures, Public Works, Symbolic Capital, and Everyrealm. An additional $1 million was raised in an earlier angel round.

Morph combines optimistic and zero-knowledge rollup technologies to create a user-friendly development environment for decentralized applications (dApps) in the finance, gaming, social media, and entertainment sectors.
