Mirai Labs has secured $4 million in seed funding, with Mechanism Capital leading the investment. Other participants in the round included Oak Grove Ventures, Sophon Foundation, Selini Capital, Bitscale Capital, Manifold, Rubik Capital, Protagonist, and Lhava. The funding marks the total capital raised by the company to date.
The company is developing Partnr, an AI-driven crypto platform that allows AI agents to manage blockchain-based tasks such as handling wallets and learning user preferences. Partnr consists of multiple components, including Partnr Chat, which connects users with trainable AI agents, and Partnr Vaults, designed for onchain transactions. The funding will support the expansion of Mirai Labs’ engineering team, particularly in AI, machine learning, and Rust programming, while also facilitating the upcoming public launch of Partnr Vaults.
