Houghton and her co-founder, Connor Ford, have successfully raised $2 million for their startup, Infinite Giving. This financial technology platform assists small and mid-sized nonprofits in receiving cash and donations of assets like stocks and cryptocurrency, managing reserve funds, and making conservative investments. As a registered investment adviser, Infinite Giving helps nonprofits manage funds through brokerage accounts and establish endowments.

The investment round was led by Houghton’s former employer, Atlanta Ventures, along with Morgan Stanley and Texas-based venture firm Cubit Capital. David Cummings, founder of ATV and Atlanta Ventures, is on the board of Infinite Giving, and the company has recently been accepted into a Morgan Stanley accelerator.


With the new $2 million funding, Houghton plans to hire engineers and expand the company through new partnerships. Currently, Infinite Giving has eight employees and operates out of ATV.
