Halliday, InterOp Workflow Protocol, Raises $20M Series A Led by a16z crypto

Halliday, a company developing workflow automation for Web3, has raised $20 million in a Series A funding round led by a16z crypto. Additional investors in the round include Avalanche Blizzard Fund, Credibly Neutral, Alt Layer, and a group of angel investors. This brings Halliday’s total funding to $26 million.


The company provides infrastructure that enables developers to delegate smart contract workflows to autonomous systems, aiming to simplify deployment and reduce development time. Halliday is also advancing its payments application, Halliday Payments, which is designed to integrate with its workflow protocol. The newly secured capital will support hiring efforts, particularly for engineering roles, and continued protocol development.
