Goldilocks DAO has secured $1.5 million in a strategic venture capital round, co-led by Shima Capital and Hack VC, with additional support from Public Works, Iberia Capital, Rana DAO, Atka Incubator, and several angel investors.

The DAO is developing a suite of interconnected decentralized finance (DeFi) products on Berachain, a high-performance, EVM-compatible blockchain that uses Proof-of-Liquidity consensus. The newly acquired funds will be used to expand the team and further develop their products.
Goldilocks DAO has also created NFT lending and yield trading platforms that leverage Berachain’s unique culture and technical architecture. The organization is preparing to launch its first three products on the Berachain testnet: Goldiswap (a new AMM), Goldilend (an NFT lending platform), and Goldivaults (a yield tokenization platform). These products have recently been audited in preparation for the mainnet launch.
The DAO is particularly excited about Goldiswap, which will allow users to access part of the value of their tokens at any time through interest-free loans with no expiration. Hack VC praised Goldilocks as a significant grassroots community movement within the Berachain ecosystem and expressed their support.
Led by a pseudonymous team, Goldilocks DAO plans to use some of the funds for further product expansion and marketing.
