Gameplay Galaxy, a web3 game development studio created by the makers of the popular Trial Xtreme bike racing game series, has secured $11.17 million in a seed extension round. The funding round was co-led by Blockchain Capital and Merit Circle, with several smaller investors also participating anonymously, according to founder and CEO Doron Kagan. The fundraising began in May and concluded last month, structured as an equity round with token warrants, bringing the company’s valuation to $71 million.
