The company plans to utilize the capital to enhance its technology and expand within the growing RWA sector.
Founded in 2023, Fraktion operates on the Tezos blockchain, leveraging its Layer-1 infrastructure for efficient transactions and regulatory compliance. The platform facilitates the tokenization and management of assets across industries such as real estate, finance, and precious stones, offering private market firms a structured framework for investment opportunities. The company has already gained traction with partners like Kapi Club, a private real estate investment network that utilizes Fraktion’s technology to manage high-value property investments.
Looking ahead, Fraktion aims to strengthen its market position by targeting firms in Europe and Asia, further integrating decentralized finance (DeFi) features such as collateralization and secondary market solutions. Investors in the latest round highlight the growing demand for RWA tokenization, particularly in business-to-business (B2B) applications.
