Crypto Blockchain Industries Grants a Strategic 12.5% Stake of Its Capital to COLOPL, Inc. for €12.5 Million

Crypto Blockchain Industries, SA (“CBI”) has declared an investment of 12.5 million euros from COLOPL, Inc. (“COLOPL”), a Japanese video game publisher that is publicly traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. With this investment, COLOPL becomes the second largest shareholder in CBI, holding a 12.5% stake. Alongside this investment, an exclusive agreement has been signed for the publishing and distribution of the game Brilliantcrypto in Europe and South America.

The investment of 12.5 million euros in CBI, along with the publishing and distribution contract, affirm CBI’s growth strategy centered on three key areas: the “AlphaVerse” metaverse, Web 3.0 video games, and Web 3.0 investments.


CBI will take on the role of publisher and distributor for the Brilliantcrypto game in both Europe and South America. Over a span of three years, CBI will offer a variety of services such as promoting and marketing the game, while also covering the related costs. During this time, CBI has committed to ensuring a minimum revenue of five million euros for Brilliantcrypto.

By doing so, CBI validates its business model and establishes itself as a major listed entity on Euronext, providing an investment avenue in the blockchain sector. More broadly, CBI continues to showcase its proficiency in creating unique opportunities through its deal flow and offering exposure to the world of blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
