Barter, a decentralized finance (DeFi) liquidity solver system, revealed it has secured $3 million in seed funding. Additional participation came from Lattice, Anagram, Heartcore, DCG, and Daedalus Angels, the company announced on Tuesday.

Established in 2023, Barter focuses on facilitating and settling onchain trades while addressing liquidity challenges in DeFi markets. The firm plans to utilize the newly acquired funds to expand its workforce, advance research initiatives, and enhance its flagship DeFi tool, AppChain. This system is designed to optimize liquidity and order flow across various blockchains, aiming to streamline decentralized swaps and trading activities.

Currently, Barter processes up to $20 million in daily transaction volumes across Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-compatible chains.
